Rent your Vintage Dresser at Royalty Ranch

How do I use your items at my event?
You can use my inventory in many different ways. But don’t worry if you are unsure how! I can help you figure it all out. I offer custom styling services? There are infinite ways to use my collection at your event and I look forward to helping you figure out the best way for you!

What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
We scour the State, Country and even across the Pound for unique pieces on a daily basis. Because new inventory is constantly being added, not everything is pictured here. If we do not already have what you are looking for, we are more than happy to go on a custom search for you. With enough prior notice, we will work our absolute hardest to locate that one-of-a-kind pieces that you’re envisioning. Whether it’s a particular style of chair or a sofa that brings back childhood memories, we’re here to help.

Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes, we deliver all rental items to your event venue and pick them up as well. But we do require a rental minimum of $450 pre-sales tax in order to deliver. We have a flat delivery rate of $100 within the Temecula Valley which includes delivery, placement, and pickup.  Other charges may apply for difficulty of delivery, i.e., carrying long distances or using stairs.  Delivery outside of the Temecula Valley will be quoted. There is an additional delivery and pick up fee, which is based on mileage, time and labor. Some orders are eligible for self-pick up but that is on a case by case basis.
* Upholstered rental pieces are generally delivery only unless pre-approved by Royalty Ranch

How do I reserve my rentals?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover

Can I change my order?
Changes can be made up to two weeks prior to your event, providing the item you want is still available.

What if it’s raining? Do I get my money back?
No, we do not refund due to rain.  We do reschedule you and your rental to another date, if the item is available for that particular date.   If not, we will gladly find another piece comparable.

What do I do if is lost, broken or damaged?
If an item is lost , broken, or damaged,  PLEASE call text or email us right away.  Do not try to clean or repair the item.  Royalty Ranch will do everything it can to repair that item.  You will be responsible to either pay for the repair of an item or the replacement cost of that item.  Replacements costs are give in writing if requested before your rental on your cost estimate sheet.  Repairs and cleanings will be charged at what we are charged to have them cleaned or repaired.
